Gary brings a discerning perspective and decades of experience to his
organizational consulting.
As the Founder of the firm, Gary partners with clients to create a clear path to desired results whether for developing a multi-year strategic plan or a one-day team-based communications review. He listens for needs, evaluates and recommends as needed resources, advises on work force development, self-care and wellness. His toolbox includes 40 years’ experience serving as an executive in a large county organization as well as consulting various state and county operated jurisdictions and privately owned businesses, health and human service agencies, and nonprofits.
We are available for one-time engagements, half or full-day retreats, ongoing cohorts, and the like, serving organizations, teams, and individuals. Many of our consulting engagements require that we maintain a high level of confidentiality due to organizations’ responses to legal issues, state consent decrees, challenges to organizational policy, and other sensitive matters. We will happily provide references upon request and consent of previously served clients.
